About Us
Barrell Plumbing
& Heating is a family-owned and operated plumbing and heating business servicing the greater Boston area for over fifty
years. Joseph P. Barrell, is committed to continuing a family tradition of excellent plumbing service.
At
present, Barrell Plumbing employs twenty plumbers, one carpenter and a support staff of seven at our office, located at 36
Spinelli Place in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
At this same location, two more companies - B-Warm Company,
Inc., and Rico Water Technics - are part of Barrell Plumbing & Heating.
B-Warm
Company, Inc., services oil burners and Rico Water Technics sells and installs water purification systems. Joe is actively
involved in the daily operations of all three companies.
We’re active members within national professional
associations and local community organizations, including the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association, Quality Service Contractors, Belmont Lions Club, Rotary Club of Cambridge, and Cambridge Chamber of Commerce.
